As for the restaurants, you'll be able to try at Le Belleville, Le Tilbury or Ti'Chalet after skiing. For nights out you can go to Le Challenge, Le Kube or Downtown Bar. for dancing you can try out New Pop, Malaysia or Discothèque Le Privilege.
